Ingredients
- 600 g salmon fillets
- 1 dl sesame seeds, on a plate
- Salt and peppar
- 1 cucumber
- 2 dl crème fraiche
- Zest of 1 lemon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then roll the fillets into the seeds to coat all sides.
- Fry the salmon in a dry pan for a few minutes, then put the salmon in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the cucumber lengthwise and remove the core with a spoon, then cut it into 1 cm cubes.
- Whisk the crème fraiche hard, then mix in the lemon zest and cucumber and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the salmon with the cold cucumbersalad and a lettuce mixture.
