SESAME CRUSTED SALMON WITH CUCUMBER SALAD


Serves 4


Ingredients
  • 600 g salmon fillets
  • 1 dl sesame seeds, on a plate
  • Salt and peppar
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 dl crème fraiche
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then roll the fillets into the seeds to coat all sides.
  3. Fry the salmon in a dry pan for a few minutes, then put the salmon in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the cucumber lengthwise and remove the core with a spoon, then cut it into 1 cm cubes.
  5. Whisk the crème fraiche hard, then mix in the lemon zest and cucumber and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the salmon with the cold cucumbersalad and a lettuce mixture.
