SIMPLE CHÈVRE BURGER

Ingredients
  • 200 g ground beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 piece of cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons basil, shredded
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 slices chèvre cheese
  • Mixed salad, to serve

Method
  1. Set the oven temperature of 250 °C.
  2. Mix the ground meat with salt, pepper and mustard.
  3. Shape 2 round steaks and cook in the oiled pan.
  4. Mix the tomato, cucumber and basil.
  5. Toast the bread, then add the vegetables first and then the burgers on top.
  6. Top with the cheese and grill in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.
  7. Serve with the salad.
