Ingredients
- 200 g ground beef
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 piece of cucumber, chopped
- 2 tablespoons basil, shredded
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices chèvre cheese
- Mixed salad, to serve
Method
- Set the oven temperature of 250 °C.
- Mix the ground meat with salt, pepper and mustard.
- Shape 2 round steaks and cook in the oiled pan.
- Mix the tomato, cucumber and basil.
- Toast the bread, then add the vegetables first and then the burgers on top.
- Top with the cheese and grill in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Serve with the salad.
