Ingredients
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 small onion, chopped
- 12 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 100 g smoked ham, cut into thin strips
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
- 100 g low-fat cheese ( max 17%), grated
Pizza dough
- 4,5 dl flour
- 2 pinches of salt
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 dl water, lukewarm
Method
- Start by stirring together the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl, then stir in the oil and the water until the flour is all absorbed.
- Knead the dough into a smooth mass. The dough should clear the sides of the bowl but stick to the bottom of the bowl.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Sauté the onions and mushrooms in the oil over medium heat.
- Place the dough on a floured counter, roll into a circle, then transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato paste on the dough, then add the onions, mushrooms, ham, Italian seasoning and finally grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven until crispy, about 15 minutes.
