Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 small onion, chopped
  • 12 mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 100 g smoked ham, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 100 g low-fat cheese ( max 17%), grated

Pizza dough
  • 4,5 dl flour
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 25 g fresh yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 dl water, lukewarm

Method
  1. Start by stirring together the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl, then stir in the oil and the water until the flour is all absorbed.
  2. Knead the dough into a smooth mass. The dough should clear the sides of the bowl but stick to the bottom of the bowl.
  3. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  4. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in the oil over medium heat.
  5. Place the dough on a floured counter, roll into a circle, then transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
  6. Spread the tomato paste on the dough, then add the onions, mushrooms, ham, Italian seasoning and finally grated cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven until crispy, about 15 minutes.
