"ICE CUBE" GRAPES

Serving white wine on a hot summer day poses the question of how to keep it chilled before your glass is empty. When you don´t have any chilled wine and/or any ice buckets to keep it chilled the answer is: Frozen grapes!
  1. Wash the grapes and pat them dry.
  2. Lay them out on a piece of wax paper on a plate, spreading them out so that they don´t touch each other. This is done so that they don´t stick together when they freeze.
  3. Pop in the freezer for several hours until frozen.
  4. Add the frozen grapes to your wine and enjoy! Besides making a wonderful garnish, they will keep the wine chilled.
