Ingredients
- 3 dl fresh orange juice
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 1 passion fruit
- 1 sharon fruit, cut into pieces
- 1 tsp finely grated ginger
- 1 can of coconut milk left in the fridge for 30 minutes before used so that you get 4 tbsps of the solid mass formed
Method
- Pour everything except the coconut milk in a blender and mix.
- Take 4 tbsps of the solid mass formed in the coconut milk can and whisk until it looks like whipped cream.
- Pour the drink into 2 glasses, then top with the coconut cream and lime zest.
- Now relax and dream away!
