ASIAN CHICKEN PATTIES


Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 500 g minced chicken
  • 1 chili, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 salad onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 1/2 dl cream
  • 1 dl sesame seeds, onto a plate
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 broccolis, cut into florets
  • 1 lime
  • 2 dl Greek yogurt
  • Wasabi, as much as you can handle

Method
  1. Boil the broccolis in salted water for 4-7 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  2. Put the minced chicken in a bowl, then add the chili, garlic, salad onion, ginger, cream, salt and white pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties, then coat them on both sides with the sesame seeds.
  4. Heat a frying pan with the olive oil, then fry the patties a few minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
  5. Grate the lime zest, then mix it with the yogurt and the wasabi and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the patties with the broccoli and the wasabi cream.
