Serves 4
Ingredients
- 500 g minced chicken
- 1 chili, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 salad onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- 1/2 dl cream
- 1 dl sesame seeds, onto a plate
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 broccolis, cut into florets
- 1 lime
- 2 dl Greek yogurt
- Wasabi, as much as you can handle
Method
- Boil the broccolis in salted water for 4-7 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
- Put the minced chicken in a bowl, then add the chili, garlic, salad onion, ginger, cream, salt and white pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties, then coat them on both sides with the sesame seeds.
- Heat a frying pan with the olive oil, then fry the patties a few minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
- Grate the lime zest, then mix it with the yogurt and the wasabi and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the patties with the broccoli and the wasabi cream.
