FRIED COD WITH MELTED BUTTER AND EGGS


Serves 4


Ingredients
  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and white pepper
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • Lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Boiled potatoes, to serve

Method
  1. Heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp of butter and fry the fillets for a few minutes on each side, then season with salt and white pepper.
  2. Put the fish fillets on plates, then pour the melted butter and the chopped eggs over the fish.
  3. Serve with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and boiled potatoes.
