Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and white pepper
- 50 g butter, melted
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- Lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Boiled potatoes, to serve
Method
- Heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp of butter and fry the fillets for a few minutes on each side, then season with salt and white pepper.
- Put the fish fillets on plates, then pour the melted butter and the chopped eggs over the fish.
- Serve with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and boiled potatoes.
