Ingredients
- 4 wooden skewers
- 600 g minced lamb
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2-4 tsp sambal oelek
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 pinches of black pepper
- Couscous with chopped tomatoes and parsley, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Soak the wooden skewers in water for a few minutes so that they don´t burn in the oven.
- Mix all the ingredients well in a large mixing bowl, then divide the mix into 8 equal portions.
- Take each portion and form them into a long sausage-like kebab while pressing on to a skewer.
- Grill them in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
- Serve with the couscous.
