Ingredients
- 1 can large white beans (410 g)
- 1 garlic clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup water + 1/4 vegetable stock cube
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Strain the beans and pour them into a saucepan.
- Add the garlic, water and stock cube and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Blend to a smooth dip, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with e.g. grilled vegetables (I used zucchini, aubergine and red bell peppers).
