Ingredients
- 1 liter water
- 3 cm fresh ginger, grated
- 1-2 cinnamon sticks
- 8 cardamom seeds
- 8 black peppercorns
- 4 cloves
- 1 tbsp black tea (or 3 tea bags)
- 2 tbsp raw cane sugar
- 3 dl milk
- Raw cane sugar, to taste
Method
- Boil all the spices in the water in a pan for 5 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the tea and sugar and let steep for 3 minutes, then train it into teacups.
- In another pan heat the milk while continuously whisking, until the desired amount of froth is obtained.
- Remove the pan from the heat, then tap it on a hard surfrace to remove the biggest bubbles.
- Pour the frothed milk into the teacups and serve immediately.
- Add some more sugare if you like your tea sweeter.
