Ingredients
- 1 wrap or tortilla
- 1-2 tbsp houmous
- 3 fat slices cooked chicken breast, teared up
- 1/4 avocado, chopped
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp cheddar, grated
Method
- Spread the houmous onto the middle of the wrap or tortilla using a spoon or butter knife.
- Put the chicken in a line down the middle of the wrap, then put the avocado next to the chicken.
- Add the tomatoes, then sprinkle on some cheese.
- Roll up the wrap and press it down firmly, then cut it in half and eat with your fingers.
