CHICKEN WRAPS

Ingredients
  • 1 wrap or tortilla
  • 1-2 tbsp houmous
  • 3 fat slices cooked chicken breast, teared up
  • 1/4 avocado, chopped
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp cheddar, grated

Method
  1. Spread the houmous onto the middle of the wrap or tortilla using a spoon or butter knife.
  2. Put the chicken in a line down the middle of the wrap, then put the avocado next to the chicken.
  3. Add the tomatoes, then sprinkle on some cheese.
  4. Roll up the wrap and press it down firmly, then cut it in half and eat with your fingers.
