VEAL BURGERS WITH MUSTARD SAUCE


Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 500 g minced veal
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 0,5 dl cream
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • 2 dl Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mustard

Method
  1. Heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp butter and brown until soft, then set aside and keep warm.
  2. Mix the minced veal with 2 tbsp mustard and cream and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Shape the minced meat into hamburgers, then fry them in a pan with 1 tbsp butter, until brown and cooked through.
  4. Cut the pickled cucumbers into small pieces and mix with the yogurt and mustard, then season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Serve the hamburgers with the fried onion and mustard sauce and side dish of your choice.
