Ingredients
- 2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 500 g minced veal
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 0,5 dl cream
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 2 dl Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp mustard
Method
- Heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp butter and brown until soft, then set aside and keep warm.
- Mix the minced veal with 2 tbsp mustard and cream and season with salt and black pepper.
- Shape the minced meat into hamburgers, then fry them in a pan with 1 tbsp butter, until brown and cooked through.
- Cut the pickled cucumbers into small pieces and mix with the yogurt and mustard, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve the hamburgers with the fried onion and mustard sauce and side dish of your choice.
