Ingredients
- 400 g of minced beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 2 dl water
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 pot parsley, chopped
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 4 slices of bread
Method
- Fry the previously seasoned minced meat with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Crumble the stock cube into the minced meat, then add the water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix the onion, tomatoes and parsley in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then mix in the remaining olive oil.
- Grill or toast the bread, then top them with the ground meat and the tomato salsa.
