PIZZA WITH ONION, COTTAGE CHEESE & BACON


Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 1 package ready pizza dough (400 g)
  • 2 red onions, halved and sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 1 package of bacon, cut into pieces
  • Fresh thyme

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 225 °C.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Sauté the onion in the olive oil or butter until soft approx. 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese, onion and bacon on the pizza, then sprinkle with thyme.
  5. Bake the pizza in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
