Ingredients
- 1 package ready pizza dough (400 g)
- 2 red onions, halved and sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 1 package of bacon, cut into pieces
- Fresh thyme
Method
- Preheat the oven to 225 °C.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Sauté the onion in the olive oil or butter until soft approx. 10 minutes.
- Spread the cottage cheese, onion and bacon on the pizza, then sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake the pizza in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
